Company Overview:

• Founded in 2012 by an entrepreneur who had hands-on experience dealing with FDWs, particularly from Indonesia, Philippines, and Myanmar.
• The founder, driven by a passion for process improvement and character enhancement, began the agency by personally recruiting a few promising Indonesian candidates, offering personalized training in work ethic, resilience, and hygiene.
• EP One Manpower now boasts 5 branches in Bukit Timah, Hougang, and Yishun, along with training centers in Myanmar, Philippines, Indonesia, and India.

• Candidates interviewed included individuals who speak fluent English and have good physical stature.
• Some candidates could communicate in Mandarin and included Ex-Singapore workers with excellent employment history.
