Ray spent over 20 years in the corporate world working with numbers, systems, and processes, helping teams make better decisions and simplifying workflows that were often more complicated than they needed to be.
He later moved into digital marketing, bringing the same analytical and problem-solving mindset with him. Over the past 10 years, Ray and his team have created and marketed multiple digital products for the US market, generating millions of dollars in sales along the way. He has also coached other digital marketers and built his own sales tracking system to better understand what drives results.
With Searchmaid, Ray aims to modernise the online maid platform experience, give employers more choices and a better chance of finding the right match, and help maid agencies, especially smaller ones that struggle with marketing, gain more visibility and make more sales.
