You don’t need to apply for a visa if it’s after 1 October 2025 and your Myanmar helper is flying in for a short stay of up to 14 days.
But take note... Immigration also has the final say at the entry point, so she should always bring her return ticket, itinerary, proof of stay, and her Singapore work permit.
