remarks: FDW asked for home leave, but ma’am’s condition meant she could not be away for long. Employer found a replacement and had to release her early as issued by MOM.

remarks: The role required carrying/assisting ahma (approx. 75 kg) up and down the stairs several times a day, which the FDW could not manage. Employer released her.
