Went back home for good. As per her Employer's recommendation, She was taking care of the housekeeping, the laundry, ironing, but also the grocery market. Carlota prepared the meals, was able to cook very good French and Asian  dishes we taught her or that she found in the recipe books. She took care of our two children of 10 & 13 yrs old as to date; playing with them,supervising and helping them in their homework. Her very gentle personality able them to link a very positive relationship. She is very nice person, fully trustworthy, very reliable, shows own initiative and works independently.22/09/2007 - 23/04/2009 -Worked with Australian Indian Couple in a Condo. She also was recommended by her Employer , " During her time with us, she has learned to cook different types of cuisine such as Thai, Chinese, Indian, some Mediterranean, and baked goods. She is able to cook from basic cookbooks. She was also responsible for grocery shopping, cleaning of the house, car washing, and the ironing. She has also been taught basic accounting keeping. She does all household chores, cleaning, washing, laundry, ironing, marketing, cooking and washing of cars. She has learned a lot of Chinese cooking from her first employers.
