On the quieter side, might come off as a little rude if you never hear her response (sometimes she talks a little soft). Will make an effort to change when you guide her along, need reminders sometimes.*Work*Able to work without supervision if you have a timetable or list of chores to be done daily. Makes an effort to do up a shopping list, able to independently purchase household items and compare prices (unless household already uses a certain brand). Might take her time so best to put a time limit on what time you expect her back. Did elder care in the past, cannot attest for this though. Loves pets - on down times she will sit and play with all my cats. Cats are comfortable with her even though I am still the primary caregiver of my pets (so this means she doesn’t bully them)*Newborn/infant care*- carries newborns with confidence, able to change diapers and do wipe downs. Bottle washing, hygene and sterilising is ok. (Feeding and caring is still primarily done by me). Cleanliness 7/10 but will do it your way if you show her how. Willing to learn.Likes to do things quickly like laundry, so might have damp clothes, need to remind her to slow down (ie if I need it urgently I will say)*Off days*She will inform me 1 week in advance if she wants to take off. Will come back before agreed curfew.*Religious*She will ask permission if she could do her prayers at home (on the first day) - is ok if potential employer is not comfortable, she said it’s ok. She will finish her chores before doing prayers, from what I observe is 3 times a day?*Cooking*Able to cook independently and do meal plans. Indonesian and Chinese cooking. Will adapt to family’s taste and food intake. Will remember likes of each family member. She eats what the family eats, except pork. Else she’ll cook the same version prior to adding pork to the dish.
